The manifesto
(a) The physical version

Do not push.

Straining doesn't produce gas, it produces consequences — pressure where you don't want it and, occasionally, a result you cannot take back. Holding it in isn't virtue either; trapped gas is cramps, bloat and a bad mood. Wait for the body.

Force → 0 · Dignity preserved
(b) The life version

Do not force it.

The same rule, scaled up. The forced shot, the forced text back, the forced idea at 4pm on a Friday — all manufactured results, all worse than the wait. Apply gentle pressure, notice what resists, and let the rest arrive on its own schedule.

Rule → Universal · Pressure → gentle
